We take painstaking care and time to make our buttermilk batter, the foundation of our wide variety of delicious breakfast offerings.
Some of Denver’s Breakfast Favorites
When you’re in the mood for waffles, our breakfast restaurant is the perfect place to satisfy your cravings. Try a Coconut Belgian Waffle – golden brown, filled and topped with toasted coconut, dusted with a touch of powdered sugar, and served with homemade warm tropical syrup – you won’t be disappointed with this choice. Or have the Bacon Belgium Waffle filled with savory bits ground from our famous thick cut honey cured bacon.
Now let’s talk omelettes. Ours are all oven-baked which give them a very light and fluffy texture while sealing in the natural flavors of our fresh, wholesome ingredients. And all our oven-baked omelettes come with three delicious buttermilk pancakes.
We have vegetarian omelette offerings. Try the Fresh Vegetarian Omelette filled with fresh broccoli, tomatoes, mushrooms and Swiss cheese. Or the Mediterranean Omelette – sautéed spinach, sundried tomatoes and feta cheese tucked into a fluffy oven-baked omelette.
Of course we have the best Denver Omelette in town – a fluffy oven-baked powerhouse filled with diced hickory smoked ham, green and red peppers, and aged Tillamook cheddar cheese. For another locally inspired masterpiece, we created the Pork Green Chile Omelette filled with pepper jack cheese and smothered with locally made Mark Schlereth’s Stinkin’ Good green chile sauce.
When you want to come back to our restaurant for more green chile, try it on another original breakfast creation, the Pork Green Chile Eggs Benedict. This grilled English muffin is topped with diced tomatoes, smashed avocado, chorizo sausage patties, two basted eggs, pepper jack cheese and plenty of Schlereth’s Stinkin’ Good green chile sauce. You won’t forget this one.
Our skilled and highly personable servers are always at the ready with lots of menu help and recommendations to make sure you have a pleasant experience. We’re confident you will want to come back to our restaurant again once you give our breakfast a try. Our large group of loyal, repeat customers are a testament to that.
